Start with the analysis

Knowing your own perception and impact competencies provides a solid foundation for expanding your personal communication repertoire.

For this reason, we recommend that you begin your potential journey of personal development towards greater presentation success with the SCIL Profile in-depth analysis—ideally in combination with an evaluation meeting.

Set off with the blog

A compelling speech should include something that the listeners it is intended for have not heard before. Something that enriches, informs, shakes them up, inspires, provokes, or affirms them.

The same standard should be applied to a convincing presentation. Afterwards, participants should feel that it was worth entrusting the presenter with their lifetime, because they were able to gain something themselves that moves them forward in some way.

We hold our blog to the same standard. Do drop by and feel free to share your feedback with us.

Make progress with OK coaching

With SCIL Profile OK coaching (OK = online communication), you will gain presence and appeal.

*Note on gender-inclusive language

Gender-inclusive language is currently being debated quite heatedly in some quarters. It is not yet foreseeable how the language will change and what will prevail. In March 2021, the Council for German Orthography published the following statement: “The gender asterisk will not be officially recognized for the time being.” For this reason, and also in the interest of readability, we have refrained from marking our texts with a gender asterisk or spelling out all gender-inclusive forms at every point. We respect all people equally, regardless of gender, skin color, or sexual orientation. In some places we use only the feminine form and in others the masculine form. We hope that all readers will nevertheless feel addressed. We fundamentally reject any form of exclusion.
